Andy is the Vice President and Senior Grading Finalizer of Certified Sports Guaranty (CSG).

CSG is a part of the Certified Collectibles Group. CCG includes CGC comics and trading cards, NGS coins, PMG paper money and CVG video games.

He has been professionally grading sports and non-sports cards since 1999.

Andy is known as a collectibles expert and has consulted for the PBS show Antiques Roadshow and is a card expert on the History Channel show Pawn Stars.

He was a consultant for the National Baseball Hall of Fame in the creation of Shoebox Treasures, the baseball card exhibition at the Hall of Fame Museum in Cooperstown, NY.

Andy has written for many hobby publications over the last 24 years and his expertise has been featured in Fox Sports productions and consulted on films such as the Jackie Robinson film 42.

Besides his lifelong passion for cards, Andy is also a cartoonist and has been a member of the National Cartoonist Society, Texas chapter. His cartoons have been published in magazines such as Harvard Business Review.

Andy is a passionate collector of not just all things cards but also original cartoon and comic art.

In cards, Andy collects pre-war baseball and 19th century baseball, vintage Japanese baseball with his focus on Victor Starffin and he also collects vintage Japanese comics and art.

He also collects vintage football (soccer) and cricket cards.
